The big problem with tyre failure at 300mph is that usually people die. That's generally seen as a bad thing, but perhaps people on death row could be given the chance to try it and if they survive they get to go free ;D

But have they tried it? I'm a man of science, thus someone must try it and see if it works or not. For science!

I've always loved Koenigsegg, such brutal cars :D

The car can actually go faster but the tyres are limited to 280mph. Both Bugatti and Koenigsegg have cars capable of 300 but the tyre problem stops that from happening :/ Hopefully soon :)
