New discovery!

>>6218 I saw that on there! My telespcope has that capability, but with distance from the house where I set it up, I'll need about 450 feet of patch cord! :D

>>6210 I think there are add ons for Stellarium to do other things, but I can't remember the details. I also seem to recall it can control some of the motored telescopes :)

>>6207 I downloaded Stellarium! It looks pretty cool, but don't think it has all the features of Red Shift! I tried that "Solar System Simulator" but I got a 'run time' error trying to run it!

That looks great, but my computer probably wouldn't handle it!
Good astronomy programs are hard to find around here! If you can't kill it or blow it up on a video game, the stores hardly carry it! Disappointing, really! :p

I can see Uranus, LOL :D

Have you tried Stellarium? It's pretty sweet and much more modern :D

Red Shift 4! It's an old astronomy program I use to find where things are in the sky, when I use my telescope! I haven't run this in awhile, so I was just checking it!
