..gear shifter is up there where the rear view mirror is supposed to be. Not that you can look out the rear view window..but that's a dumb placement tbh.

>>38580 it does look better..and waaaaay more bad-ass.

I found a 'rusted' brown version. Btw, it still has 'old school' mirrors not even camera's.

It is said that you can't polish a turd, but Heavy D is going to try anyway XD

>>38570 electric vehicles tend to not work well in the cold here. I have yet to see a cybertruck IRL but when I do I shall smite it with a beet and let you know the outcome.

But I hear the stainless steal used on the cybertruck is rusting quite badly so they've probably all dissolved where he lives XD

Well, Oldballs has access to salty beet juice, plus lots of water, and can actually find a cybertruck. So I'll let him do the testing ;)

That is a very short crumple zone, I guess they hope all the airbags make up for it :/

Pretty sure electric cars electrically isolate in water so it shouldn't be a problem, but feel free to test it out... :D

idk, most suv/crossover/trucks have poor pedestrian safety standards, I think. I mean I don't want to come in contact with those Merc G-wagons or Range Rovers.

The thing I would be concerned about is the lack of crumple-zone. Most modern day cars are designed to absorb the energy from an impact so that it doesn't travel into the occupants. Which in the video provided (front test) seems..minimal.

I would like to see what happens if (the battery dies and) you need to escape because of a dip in the water (the Netherlands has many roads near canals and rivers).

It's such a shitty vehicle XD

I'm pleased that it's banned from the EU and UK due to not meeting our standards on pedestrian safety.
